As a woman in business who spent four decades being the first female in almost every role she filled, author Madelon Maupin learned firsthand what it takes to confront cultural norms, lead teams, build consensus, and do it with strength, grace, grit, and courage. She founded a leadership consulting firm and spent 22 years working with Fortune 100 clients. Drawing on her personal journey and the biblical wisdom that guided her, Maupin weaves practical lessons with inspiration from women of the Bible like Deborah, Esther, Mary Magdalene, and others, both named and unnamed. 

Maupin's next business venture was the founding of BibleRoads, an organization providing online Bible study programs with lessons and guidance from the Scriptures.  These lessons are all derived from the perspective of these three critical questions:  What does the Bible say?  What does that mean? And, what does that mean to me?
